General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Short answer: Sore throat with middle ear infection.

Detailed answer: Thanks for asking on HCM.

You seem to have developed sore throat with an infection of the ear. An associated sinus infection may also cause head ache. Take Tab. Cetrezine 10 mg twice daily to control cold. Salt water gargling will help with sore throat. Drink warm water. Avoid cold water head bath.

If symptoms persists kindly consult a ENT specialist who may put you on some antibiotics.

Hope this helps.

If you have any other queries, feel free to ask. Regards,
Dr.Prathap Kumar
