Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headache, Cough And Dizziness

Hi I ve been having pain at the top of my head which is unusual because I never get headaches. I m 18. Its been going on for two days now. It hurts when I sneeze and cough or run. I get dizzy when I stand up. Is this normal? What caused it? I did get hit in the head pretty hard a week ago

headache n diziness can be due to either head injury as u had or it can be bcs of low bp that can cause headache n dizziness or cardiac pathology..if u were my pt i would like to ask detail history n exam so that i can rlvendo at test..CT to rule out any bleed or other injury to brain ,ecg n echo to rule out heart issue ike aryhtma or failure n and also blood test like CP to see whther u have normal HB bcs low hb can cause these symptoms too..after finding the cause i will treat u accodingly.
