Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

First thing I want to know is what is the dose you are giving because in children everything depends upon the dose. We need to give 10-15mg/kg paracetamol to the child every 6th hourly to have better results. According to your baby weight its come around 187mg for each dose. Follow this and you will see results but if the problem persists you need to consult your pediatrician for investigations to rule out infections which may include
-Complete blood picture
-ESR
-C-Reactive protein
If you were my patient I will suggest you to give anyone either crocin or meftal not both.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
