Suggest Treatment For Persistent Ear Infection

Hi i am having an ear infection for last 3 weeks now. I did two antibiotic courses. One with Azithromycin (5days) and then Klavox (7days). I am a lactating mother to a 9 month old baby also. The doctor said that infection is gone but fluid is still there. I have been advised to take Reparil Dragees 2tabs 3 times a day. I am noticing some stomach cramps after starting this medicine. Is it the right dosage or is my medicine right. I would like to add that since 2 days i am noticing a foul smell everytime i clean my ear.

my dear! it seems like you had an acute infection in middle ear which settled down with antibiotics. whenever there is infection in middle part of ear it leads to formation of fluid behind ear drum which either burst through ear drum and comes out as pus or it drain via eustechian tube into back part of your nose. it seems like you are having this fluid behind your ear drum. you just need to take antiallergic medicine and do steam inhalation twice daily to promote this drainage.
