Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
You are having chronic cough (cough for more than 2 weeks).
Lung infection and bronchitis are common causes for such chronic cough.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system
2. Chest x ray
3. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You may need antibiotics, antihistamines, inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) according to the diagnosis.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
But first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
