Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea

I have always had problems with diarrhea, but over the past two months it gotten much worse. I ve been to 2 GI doctors, had a colonoscopy and endoscopy, and all they found was a hiatal hernia. Basically everything I eat goes right through me. I live on anti diarrheal meds. Do you have any suggestions.

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Take fiber rich diet. Go on a carbohydrate specific diet. Avoid refined carbohydrates.
2. Take probiotics and yoghurt.
3. Get adequate hydration, exercises. Get a stool examination to evaluate for any malabsorption. Avoid stress and need to learn relaxation and meditation.
Hope it helps.
