Suggest Treatment For Pelvis Infection

I have been to the toilet and a very long brown string came out (18inches) with a golf ball of pooh on the end! I have been having problems with my stomach bloating for about twwo months - had ultra scan on pelvis ad abdomen last week - nothing found!

Thanks for your query at HCM!
You probably have some parasitic infection of roundworm or tapeworm or other.
I advise get stool routine microscopy done for ova and cysts.
Depending on the result you will be treated.Albendazole, mebendazole or praziquantel.
Should be re-evaluated in 3 months and retreated if stool ova persist.
