Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain

I thought I had a UTI a week ago, however test came back negative. I was put on a ten day antibiotic by my physician. So it has been 7 days and the pressure and pelvic pain has gone away, but I have kidney pain that comes and goes and today it hurts in my provide when I stand or walk.

Kidney pain means where is the pain?
Drink plenty of oral fluids.
Continue antibiotics for 10 days as if you take incomplete course than there are chances of incomplete clearance of infection.
