Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain While Urinating

Hello I am experiencing pain in my pelvic area when I need to urinate, When I do go to the bathroom sometimes I cant empty my bladder completely. This pain seems to be worse at night. I am currently being treated for OBS. Any suggestions for all this discomfort?

Dear- thanks for using our service, I read your question in detail and will give you my advise. You might have a neurogenic bladder, which means that it does not contracts the way that it should and will have residual volume of urine after void. This is diagnosed with a pelvic ultrasound and measurement of the residual urine. If that is the case, you can have medication to improve the muscle contraction. You also want to make sure that don't have an urinary tract infection.
