Suggest Treatment For Pea-sized Lumps In Arms And Severe Muscle Spasms In Arms

I have lots of lipoma s only pea size in both arms that cause my muscle s to he in spasm My arms can become quiet weak by the end of the day I have trouble with things like blow drying my hair because of weakness and writing and I can feel muscle spasms while texting this, Is seams trival to go to my doctors I wondered if it s connected with my thyroid condition, I had it removed at 17 due to a goitre and take throxin It s really getting me down as I feel uncomfortable even when sitting watching TV Jo

Hello and welcome to HCM,
I suggest you to take up thyroid function tests to know the status of thyroid hormones.
Hypothyroidism or low thyroid hormones can lead to weakness.
Pea sized lipomas on arm are unlikely to cause weakness since the lipomas are small and superficial.
The lipomas are probably nor compressing any nerve so as to cause the symptoms of weakness of muscles.
If the thyroid hormones are not adequate, please consult your treating doctor for change in dose of the thyroxine.
If the thyroid hormone profile is normal then you need to consult your physician for clinical assessment and to find the cause of the symptoms.
Treatment can be planned thereafter.
