Suggest Treatment For Paresthesia During PMS

I have been diagnosed with hypoprolactinemea. I take cabergoline to regulate the pituitary production. I often have trouble with paresthesia during PMS and times of high stress. The dr has told me to "go home, get a glass of wine, and sit in the bath tub or do whatever relaxes me." This is not always the most convenient choice as I am a teacher and must find a sub before leaving. Is there anything that can be taken to alleviate the symptoms?

Hello
Thank for choosing HCM
looking to your query I would say that paresthesia is kind of symptoms that have many reasons or causes, and underlying disease would be matter of concern, in your case it could be due to hormone changes, some time it may be due to some panic attack or may be due to nonspecific reasons, as long as the management of paresthesia is concern underlying disease needs to be treated, correct diagnosis would be matter of concern, if is really due to hormone changes then later or sooner it will be okay, just be patience till then, hope given information may helps you, take care. (If the paresthesia attack happens at the time of menses then it may not need any treatment but it would be self limiting )
