Suggest Treatment For Paranoia With Fear Of Death

Do I have paranoia? I m constantly having thoughts that someone is out to kill me or someone I know is talking about me. It came on a couple months ago but never been this bad before. It s stopping me from going out in the daytime with my friends, I can t go out in the dark without someone older or a group of people with me. When I m home alone or not all windows have to be locked and windows and blinds have to be fully shut so nobody can see in. I cry over it n I don t think a normal person has these thoughts

Intense fear to move out of home, ideas that some one will kill you, or people are talking about you could occur due to severe anxiety disorder or because of some psychotic disorder. As you have stopped moving out of home due to fear, keeping windows locked so as per my opinion psychosis is main possibility. I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for treatment. Severe suspiciousness is main presentation of psychotic disorders especially schizophrenia. Medicines like anti-psychotics are mainstay of treatment. Qutiapine, Olanzapine, Risperidone etc are commonly used antipsychotics.
But first consult a psychiatrist for evaluation and treatment.
