Your grand mother has sufferd from left sided brain (infarction/hemorrage) stroke. So that there is difficulty in moving right upper & lower limbs. there is no cure for this condition. The only thing that we can do is supportive treatment, physiotherapy & speechtherapy.
It is not so, that hopital she admitted in is not doing anything. As there is no cure for this condition they might be doing their best.
To recover from such condition each and every patients take their own time ranging from few days to few weeks or even few months. In some percentage of cases no any improvement can be seen.
So better thing to cope up this condition that you can do is give here as much as posible as supportive trearment. Continue physiotherapy & speechtherapy which will definitly going to be helpful & will hasten the recovery.
You can ask the treating doctors to add one drug named Citicholine 500 mg two times a day if they have not added the same which might hasten the recovery.
But do not expect the recovery in a day or two. It will take its own time to recover. Hope for the best results for your grandmother.
