Hi i am female 50 i am suffering palpitation and high B.P for 2 months..some time at night i feel gastric problem lots of burping and bloating with mild pain or pressure on chest.some time i feel pain or pinch pain in upper abdomen.is it a heart problem?? What kind of this problem is

I have gone through your question and appreciate Your concern.
U are suffering from pain, rapid heart rate and high BP.
Pain may be due to angina u can take drugs to control it.
U have also have rapid heart rate which may be due to
Arrhythmia.
That is abnormal heart rhythm.
U better get Ecg done as it will help to determine is there any rhythm problem algorithm will show any Ecg changes due to chest pain.
