Suggest Treatment For Palpitations And Breathlessness

I am already taking medicine for anxiety . But I have new symptoms. Palpatations have started up again and I have need to have sharp intake of breath. like a yawn. Is this all due to stress? My heart Dr says heart is fine and I had surgery 2 years ago.what can I do to make it stop?
