Hi I feel down a set of concrete steps at a subway station. My ankle got caught under the step which left a nasty cut on the back of my heel that bled considerably and turned my ankle black and blue. I ended up landing face first with my right arm outstretched. Luckily I didn t hit my head, but my ribs and shoulder on my right side are very painful. I cannot lift my shoulder much and it hurts my upper ribs when I breath deeply, bend over or sit up from a laying down position. Do you think I should see a doctor or just wait it out and hope the pain subsides?
