Pain during vaginal insertion of the penis can be due to:
1. Woman constricting her vaginal outlet in apprehension of pain. This can be overcome by asking her relax her vagina. This is achieved if she breathes deep with wide open mouth.
2. In the initial period of sexual life, the vagina is narrow and the muscles around the vagina are tight. Hence insertion should be attempted when she is completely wet and demands the insertion. Dry insertion is always painful. Women produce secretions before the orgasm, at the sexual excitement while males ejaculate at the orgasm.
You may try some lubricants to make the vaginal entry smoother. Use only water-based lubricants; oil-based lubricants are harmful to the woman's reproductory organs. Full insertion may require a period of few months to an year also.
Please be gentle during sex. It is not coming together physically, you are also getting merged in each other emotionally too.
