Suggest Treatment For Painful Menstrual Periods

Hello I am 36 years old. I am unmarried. I am suffering from period pain for the past so many years. I get my period regularly and the flow is normal. I am taking crocin pain killer or cyclopam for the pain. Earlier I used to get pain only on the first day (when I was in my twenties) . Now I have it on the first and second day and occasionally on the 4 the day also. Is there any other medicine apart from the above which I have mentioned. One of my friends told me that if I keep on taking the same medicine it will not be effective.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, for the dysmenorrhea best medicine is "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" sos, but let me tell you that dysmenorrhea is uncommon in this age group and if this was happening in early menstrual life then later on this is less likely to happen so better to get done ultrasonography test, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
