Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump On Vagina

I have a lump on my vagina. I ve been getting them since I was 14 and I wasn t sexually active at the time. They usually go away after a couple of days. When it first appeared it wasn t painful but then it ruptured and pus and blood came out. But this one once it ruptured it would form a scab on my under garments and once pulled away it would bleed again. What is going on and how can I stop the pain and bleeding?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Painful lump on vagina with release of pus and blood is an infectious lesion.
A clinical assessment is required to assess whether the lump is in vagina or vulva.
Vulvar skin has plenty of hair follicles and infection of the hair follicles can occur leading to formation of lump with accumulation of pus.
Infection and inflammation of the Bartholins gland can also occur and lead to accumulation of pus.
If the lump is the vagina, then the lump is probably due to infection and inflammation of vaginal epithelium.
Since, the lump is recurrent definitive treatment of the lump is required.
I suggest you to consult your gynaecologist for clinical assessment and thus management of the lump depending on its location and most probable site of origin.

Thanks and take care
