Hi,Welcome to Heathcaremagic,You may be suffering from prolapse disc .it can be confirmed by MRI lumbar spine. There is radiation of pain suggesting that there is nerve compression. Treatment of this condition is rest for nearly three weaks in the position of ease and analgesics(Diclofenac sodium 50mg three times a day after meals along with omeprazole 20mg before meals),methylcobalmine one tablet once daily .Sometimes(should be avoided if posible ) operation is required in which problematic disc is removed. You can consult orthopedic surgeon .Ithink your query is answered. If further query you can revert back. you are welcome.
