Hello Dr.I had sex with my girlfriend ,it was 1st time sex for her and for me also..actually the problem was her vagina hole is very tight ,she was virgin,so I couldn t insert my penis into her vagina..only one time I inserted but she felt so much pain.so please tell me what s the easy method to insert penis,and we can enjoy our sex life as much as we can

Best course of treatment is--> Use Lignocain Jelly she herself can apply at the
mouth of Vagina & jel to be coated on the little finger coat the walls of the vagina. Insert 1/2 inch of your finger in vagina properly lubricated with jel. After use one can have sex after 10-15 mts.The frequency of application need to be increased as per sex needs.One proper application one can have sex 2-3 times.
