Suggest Treatment For Painful Bumps On Clitoris And Near Anus

Quite embarrassing but issue shortly fades then returns, now at its worst. Probably going on about a month I believe. Using a mirror I can see 2 red inflamed looking bumps, resembling cysts or even more so the clitoris, & another in the taint area between the end of vagina to the anus. Very sensitive, painful and burning to the touch. And also on the sides of the area. Then from the anus and above itching that is painful and relieving at same time, sometimes causing faint blood on tissue. I know this is very descriptive but I find it all very strange. I do have history of a pilonidal cyst and cervical cancer but don t seem related. Please help advise, not sure where to go with this problem but definitely somewhere very soon. Thank you!!! -DS

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to folliculitis. Hot fomentation will be helpful to relieve pain and itching. Local betadine ointment application also will be helpful. If there is no improvement then antibiotics will be needed. In case of any collection of puss incision and drainage should be done also.
