Suggest Treatment For Painful Bruising In The Anal Area

Hi I m Chris, I feel funny asking this but my anus feels bruised and hurts, I feel giant bumps and it s real tight, it also bleeds when I use the bathroom, dark blood and I have to use the restroom several times to get it all out, what DO you think it can be

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The reason why you are having such problems in the anal region could be due to injury to the skin and adjoining mucosa.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Take sitz bath twice daily by using Providine-Iodine solution in warm water.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin skin cream over the lesions as a thin layer.
3. Take anti-inflammatory medication Tablet. Ibuprofen twice daily after food.
4. Avoid constipation by consuming high fibre diet and using stool softener like Isabgol Husk powder regularly.
5. Avoid friction in the area by wearing loose fitting undergarments.
Gradually, your symptoms should subside and be back to normal.
