Hi, My name is Sammi about 2 1/2 weeks ago I was playing soccer in my PE class and I hit the ball wrong on my ankle joint and it was causing me really bad pain, the pain gets a little better but than i feel like crying cause its get really bad again, and i try icing,heating, and taking ibuprofen but i feel like nothings helping, I have sprained my foot before but this time it was worse, I started to notice a bruise that was black and blue and now i have a really deep dent but I still have a bruise and I went to urgent care and I got x-rays and they said nothing was wrong but that I had a sprain and I feel like the swelling got worse and I have been on crutches but I can barely walk on it I try to walk when im at home to get strength back and I just got freaked out because of the bruise and dent on my ankle joint because i feel like it may have gotten worse. If you can tell me any information that would be great!
