Suggest Treatment For Painful Breast Lump

Hello I have been sick for almost a month. I started with severe breast pain that I do have a lump on the left side. Then it went to this dry cough to me loosing my voice and now conjestion. I can t smell, taste or hear anything my main senses are gone. And now to top it off my cough is getting worse It s been over a month now. What is the cause

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Persistent coughing may indicate that you have bronchitis or pneumonia.

This can be viral or bacterial. If bacterial then antibiotics may be needed.

The use of a mucolytic to help break up the mucus so that it can be expelled, would be helpful. Eg bisolvan, mucomyst, guaifenesin.
The decrease in senses would be due to involvement of the sinuses, ears, nasal passage.

Antihistamines and decongestants may help.These are over the counter.
