Suggest Treatment For Painful And Swollen Gums

Two days ago I felt my gum swollen under one tooth "gum" I felt weak pain when press under the right part of my jaw.
Next day I had fever, sore throat and the gum swollen in next parts that it begin in the first place and it was controlled using ibuprofen. For profilaxis, I took Augmentin 625 mg, spiramycin-metronidazol, ibuprofen. I used gargles and mouth washes of different types. Yet the next day larger area of my gum was affected and swollen with the difficulty of swallow. When I tried to brush my teeth, it was painful and it seems that the gum was sensitive and I saw blood. This occured to me for the first time. I am 31 years old.
