Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I can understand your concern for anal abscess.

These abscess are many a times quite deep and a proper evaluation is required to take out the complete area of abscess.

I suggest you to meet a surgeon and get yourself analyzed properly and get investigated for the area completely so that the area can be excised properly.

Drainage can give you one time relief but not complete relief. For the time being period you can take a course of antibiotic such as ciprofloxacin and pain killer under strict medical prescription.

All the best.
