As per your complain Acne on face can be due to a number of causes like hormonal imbalances, clogged pores, oily skin, inflammation and bacterial infection.. Back pain can be however unrelated to Acne and can occur due to causes like lumber strain, nerve irritation or Inflammation caused by impingement with bone or soft tissue Overgrowth, radiculopathy, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis etc.. I would suggest you for Acne to start washing your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash.. Apply a combination of Benzoyl Peroxide and Clindamycin gels.. You can also apply Retinoid based gel like Adapelene gel.. Do cool compresses and splash cool water on face as it will reduce inflammation and pain.. You can also go for Microdermabrasion and at time Cryotherapy can be advised.. For backache consult an Orthopedician and he can advise you investigations like x Ray of backbone, MRI scan, EMG (Electromyogram) etc..
