Suggest Treatment For Painful UTI

Hello, my question is what can I do if I have been to my gyn and medical doctor for urinary pain. It has been tested that it is not a urinary tract infection. I was still given antibotics as if it was a UTI. Last year, I was diagnosed with HSP (vasculitis) which is associated with kidney disease. I do not have kidney disease, but I do have the disorder. Would this have anything to do with the urinary pain?

Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
Urinary pain with normal test for UTI doesn't exclude UTI.
I would like to advise you to take cranberry juice or
syrup citralka and advil to finish with pain.
Drink plenty of water 8-12 glasses a day.
Do urine C/S, ultrasound abdomine and if results were inconclusive then Cystoscopy.
Hope it helps best.
Take your best care.

Dr Ejaz
