They did cardiac enzymes and they were fine EKG was fine and chest xrays were fine. They don t know what else out could be. The pain comes and goes, been happening for a week now.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain below the breast and radiating to back can be due to myocardial infarction, which has been ruled out by normal cardiac enzymes and ecg, or can be due to lung pathology, neurological disorders or muscle stretch.
I would suggest you to consult a neurologist to get her properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
