Suggest Treatment For Pain, Stiffness And Swelling In The Fingers

Hello. I have swelling in my fingers/both hands. Also, the finger next to the little finger is stiff and sore all the time. It s the same finger on both my hands. The stiffness and soreness is really bad at night. Sometimes I cannot sleep because of the pain/stiffness. Any ideas of what could be going on?

dear
I see we are having painful fingers or little joints both hands. At the out set we can start with some analgesic, anti inflammatory both oral as well as topical.Mean while in such cases we usually advise to get a serum uric acid and a RA factor checked, both are blood tests, just to rule out some joint ailments.
More over nothing to worry much ,keep on exercising and please get your tests done before consulting a an ortho surgeon.
hope this helps
welcome for further queries.
