Suggest Treatment For Pain On Upper Right Side Of Ribcage

Hello, I have been experiencing pain on upper right side ribcage, It gives me discomfort but when I tend to lye on my stomach when I am sleeping the pain gets pretty bad. Also it seems like there is constipation also involved. Just wondering if you guys might have some advice. Thank you
