Suggest Treatment For Pain On Toe After Injury
Think I torn my calf with a quick run an jump off my porch... Can t put pressure on toes. Strange thing is my heel and I sole are showing bruising put are not sore to touch. Tore my calf before but never had bruising on my heel/foot. A little concerned... Heat And ice have helped swelling.

Hi. Take some pain medication and dont bear weight on it first. Please go to an orthopedic surgeon immediately. I cannot rule out an Achilles tendon tear. This is the tendon in the back of your ankle attached to the back if your foot. Continue icing the affected area
