Suggest Treatment For Pain On Elbows

The outer bone of my elbow was banged a couple months ago and it isn't sore to the touch but whenever I bump it, even lightly, into a wall or whatever, it hurts. It is also painful to grasp medium to heavy objects w that hand and lift them. Also a tiny bit when straightening my arm.

Dear patient,
you appear to be suffering from tennis elbow, an inflamed condition of the outer side of the elbow. not everyone may have evident pain and swelling. but the difficulty in lifting heavy objects makes it likely to be this disorder. you shall need to take pain killers, preferably, NSAIDs and steroid injections locally if the swelling appears and pain becomes extreme. light exercises, hot fomentation and ocassional pain killers will help you get rid of this condition. total time to cure will be about 6 weeks.
