Suggest Treatment For Pain Near Tailbone

Hello, this past weekend I have experienced horrible pain near my tailbone area. I have not had any trauma to that area recently but the lower tailbone area as well as the upper buttcrack region is swollen to the touch. On the top of the crack and slightly to the right is a small skin color bump that hurts so much. It is painful for me to sit, stand and walk. What is going on?
