Suggest Treatment For Pain, Nausea And Low Grade Fever

Hello. I am a white female, age 34. Ht. 5"4" wt. 240. For 4 months, I have been experiencing flank pain (both sides), nausea, occasional low grade fever, pain and burning with urination, and swelling of the face (especially eye lids), hands and feet. The swelling tends to be worse in the mornings. I have an estimated gfr of 96. Always have RBC & WBC in my urine, and always test positive for infection with urinalysis. I always seem to be sick. What is wrong with me? Is it anything to be alarmed about?
