Suggest Treatment For Pain In Upper Left Abdomen

Hello, Over the past year I have been suffering from pain in my upper left abdomen, I am a 35 year old female who eats healthy and exercises regularly. The pain in my abdomen is constant, I feel like I have cramp in my side all the time. I find it hard to sleep on my left side, or have my arm rest on my left side when I lie down. I went to the doctor and he said I just needed to have a bowel movement. Is it normal to have the feeling all the time? I don t imagine I have to go to the washroom all the time? I am not sure what to do, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Dear,
You have to watchful for your weight and age. Reasons may be many like Splenic tumors Splenic hemnagioma,Chronic gastritis . You may have related symptoms: dysphagia, vomiting, anorexia, micturition and bowels, bleeding, systemic symptoms, chest symptoms, weight loss.
A best advise is for you to consult a gastro-surgeon with reports of USG (abdomen), CT-Scan or at best MRI.
