Suggest Treatment For Pain In Thigh Radiating To Hip And Back

I have been having pain in the posterior aspect of my left thigh when i bend forward for 2 weeks. when i bend forward or put my chin to my chest, i feel the pain from my mid thigh radiating upward into my left buttock and lower back. i ve taken a course of prednisone and NSAIDs, which have not helped.

I think you are having disc prolapse and because of this nerve compression is present and it is causing pain in the back. I would recommend you to get MRI of the spine and see how much nerve compression is present. According to that we can plan further management. if disc is in early stage then I would suggest you to get physiotherapy and If it is very severe then you will need endoscopy disc surgery. in which disc will be removed and it will need complete removal of the disc.
