Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Testicle

Hello, I have pain in my right testicle. It began about a month ago and the pain would be both testicles but never at the same time also the pain would come and go sometimes for a few days. I originally thought it was from my girlfriend and i not having sex as much because new job makes me really tired at the end of the day. Now more recently its been just my right testicle. I have tried ejaculating but it did not help the pain. bowel movements give very temporary relief. The pain now is also lasting longer and seems to be getting worse. Do you have any idea what it could be and is there anything to help relive the pain?
