Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Shoulder And Upper Back
Hi, I have pain in my shoulder and upper back. To alleviate pain in my shoulder I have to raise my arm and put my hand on my head. After two days of this, now the skin in spots between my shoulder blades is red and feels like a burning sensation and is warm. The area seems to be getting larger. Also I get pain when I look up, or tip my head back. Any ideas why my skin is red?
