Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Shoulder And Increase In Heart Rate

I am 23 yrs old male i feel something sensation on left side sholdure sometime when i am alone and if i think what happen to me then i suddenly get faster heart beat but when i go to my work itwill vanished but when i come back to room it feels again why ?????

Hi you don't have to worry much. Keep yourself distracted when you are home. Do not worry abt your shoulder pain or fast heart rate. It is purely because of your anxiety. If your shoulder pain is too much you can take a mild pain killer like paracetamol. Otherwise you should be fine. An idle mind is a devil's workshop. Take care :)
