Hi there, I have understood your concern. . I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) I would like to know your age and history of delivery.

3 ) I will suggest you to indulge in a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and refined sugars.

Cap Vitamin D 3 ( 60,000) I U once a week for 4 weeks and Tab Calcimax twice a day for 3 months will be of help.

Use Tab Calpol 650 mg as needed for the pain.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
