Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Knee

My left knee is giving me so much pain like an ace bandage is tight around it but there s none but can t bend it my knee cap hurts I can hardly walk on it at times no Rymme or reason to when it starts why or for how long but when it s at its worst and I sit for a longer period of time and stand back up it feels as if my knee is going to explode

Arthritis cause swelling of knee and limited movement...

Inflammation of bursa cause more fluid production around knee region that cause knee pain and swelling....Bursitis may ruled out.

Consult a orthopaedic doctor for further diagnosis..
Detail history and physical examination give exact idea..
X ray of knee for further diagnosis...
