Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Hips And Lower Back

I have been having extreme pain, in my left hip and the left side of my lower back. The pain shoots down my left leg and sometimes, my left foot feels numb. However, my feet are already effected by neuropathy, which I believe is from diabetes. However, I have never been diagnosed with the disease. But, when the pain in my left hip is at it s worst, my left leg and foot are very numb and tingling. Please advise.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I would say that, such symptoms could be due to sciatica and this need to be ruled out and for that better to get done the MRI of dorsal spine, to confirm the sciatica, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
