General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear ,
I evaluated your query thoroughly .
What you are narrating is seems to be enlarged tonsil / adenoid gland likely
Many cases don`t require surgery if proper care is practised at home as :
# avoid all oily / spicy / chilled items / beverages / non vegetarian items
# consume more light smooth diet to avoid friction while swallowing
# regular gargles with apple seed vinegar 3-4 times/day
# avoid exposure to dusty atmospheres / excess cold
# avoid shouting / stress / smoking / alcohol
# maintain hydration & take balanced nutritious diet
# consult ENT specialist if more concern
hope this will definitely help you .
thanks for using health care magic .
wishing you fine recovery from it.
regards .
