Hi
welcome
it might be umbilical hernia.
Well, some umbilical hernias cant be diagnosed with ultrasound and only ct scan can be accurate enough for it,but pain caused by hernia is usually sharp and occur after physical activity. it is located more superficialy. It is hard to say is it caused by hernia or something else. if there is associated symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, fever or diarhheas then you need more detailed gastroenterologic work up including colonoscopy or ct scan. But uf there is no pain at this point then you dont need to hurry wuth these tests. Try to wait, eat easier food and see will it improve.
WIsh you good health.
Take care
