Suggest Treatment For Pain In Pelvic And Vaginal Area During Urination
Hi I am a 21 year old female I am having pain (no burning) in my pelvic/vaginal area when I urinate. At first it didnt hurt as bad but this morning I woke up and went to the bathroom and the pain is almost unbareable.! The first couple of days there was blood in the toilet and when I wiped there was stringy light red blood. Now its only when I wipe and not in my urine! What do you think is wrong with me? My husband said something about it sounds like a tubal pregnancy.. do you think that could be a possibility.
Hello I share your concern At first I would like more details for better assessment of the condition like Any history of unprotected sex I'm recent past? Date of your last menstrual period
I would advise you to do urine pregnancy card test which can be done at home Another possibility is inflammation.or infection of the urogenital tract.
If urine pregnancy test comes negative than I would advise you for further investigations like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, Liver function test, blood sugar, urine culture and an ultrasound to establish a diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
Meanwhile have plenty of fluids and maintain good health Thanks for your question please feel free to ask for follow up I will be happy to help you Best wishes
