Suggest Treatment For Pain In Neck And Back While Having Herniated Disc Near Neck
Yes I have horrible upper back and neck pain that goes up the back of my head where I also have a lot of pain. A couple of months ago I was diagnosed with two herniated disks near my neck. I also had a tendon removed from my elbow this summer. Pain killers do nothing, so I am not taking anything. I can t sleep and I have chronic pain

Pain killers with muscle relaxants will only you give symptomatic relief. It is good if you get yourself treated for herniated disc. Exercise can be of some help
