Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Back And Hip
I have been experiencing lower back pain and hip area for a few days and now pain just under left breast. I m thinking it could be sciatic nerve pain but not sure and I find it hard to get comfortable; especially when sitting. If you could give me some insight I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Also, the pain below the left breast could be due to gastritis or a abdominal muscle spasm . As for sciatic nerve pain, in my clinical practice with the detailed neuromuscular assessment, MRI scan and special exercise plan helps my patients with 99% of success rate. And they come back to action with optimum results.
