Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Back After Taking Vyvanse

Hello. I am a healthy 18 year old male and I am prescribed to Adderall 20XR s and have been taking them for the majority of the past two years. I took a Vyvanse today which gave me the same affect but I am experiencing pain in my lower back where my kidneys are and in my stomach. Is there an explanation for this?

Tricky to say in your case without an exam. I am unclear if this was a change in prescription, an addition to the treatment (which doesn't make sense and is basically never done) or taking an additional medication from the street without the doctor condoing/prescribing/ or being aware of it. In the latter case, the different stress hormones (adderall, vyvance, etc) all add up and can be dangerous if used together in high doses.
Can be just a pain and it is entirely coincedental to the drugs taken. OR could be kidney effects if one si taking multiple drugs the ddoctor does not know you are taking.
